Tile Isle collects only what it needs to run online multiplayer, and nothing more. There is no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking. We do not sell or share your information with anyone.
Single-player games, theme and haptic preferences, and other app settings are stored only on your device using standard Apple system APIs. None of this leaves your device or reaches our servers.
Online turn-based matches run on servers we operate, hosted on Cloudflare's platform. To sign you in and keep your games in sync, these servers store:
This data lives only on our servers. It is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or other third parties.
Turn alerts are delivered through Apple's Push Notification service. A notification includes the word or action the other player took and their display name. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.
A match invitation link contains only a short room code. No personal information or contact details are embedded in it or collected through it.
Match data is kept while a match is active and afterward as match history. You can remove your online data at any time from Settings → Delete My Data in the app. This deletes your current matches, match history, display name, Game Center identifier, and your device's notification token from our servers, and forfeits any games in progress. Matches other players are still in continue without you.
Deleting your data doesn't disable online play. The next time you open the app, Game Center signs you in again and a new, empty record is created for you.
Tile Isle does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Online play relies on Apple Game Center, which has its own age requirements set by Apple.
